Job Summary
Are you a native Polish speaker looking for a remote career opportunity based in Portugal We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our this role you will assist customers with inquiries regarding pet supplies providing friendly high-quality support via communication channels using your Polish and English language skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via email chat and phone.
- Assist customers with order status updates product inquiries returns and general support regarding pet care supplies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details within the support CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and response times.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level Polish and professional working fluency in English.
- Customer Focus: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic customer-first attitude.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to navigate multiple software applications and CRM systems efficiently.
- Work Setup: Must be based in Portugal with a quiet home-office environment suitable for remote work.
