What Youll Do

• Customer Care: Support Polish-speaking clients with empathy and professionalism across email chat and phone.
• Product & Order Guidance: Assist users with order updates product recommendations returns and general pet care inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer requests quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Efficiently log interactions updates and account details in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work together with your team to enhance overall service speed and quality.

What You Bring

• Languages: Native or C2-level Polish combined with professional fluency in English.
• Location: Must currently reside in Portugal with a quiet home-office setup.
