About the Role The

Senior Performance Marketing Team Lead, TV and DTV leads one of Emma's most important performance-marketing channels: TV, with a media budget above €30M a year. You own both sides of it, a large, established linear TV operation that still has room to grow, and DTV, a channel we're building the strategy for almost from scratch.

This is a performance role first. Unlike the way offline media is often run, TV at Emma isn't measured on reach and engagement alone: you'll be judged on investment efficiency, revenue, and ROAS; and you'll need the analytical fluency to defend recommendations.

You'll lead a team of three to four based in Lisbon, and work closely with E-commerce and Brand & Communications, alongside our external TV agency partners, to keep the channel performing and to bring the DTV strategy to life.

1. Channel Growth & Performance

Own the linear TV channel's investment level, net revenue, and ROAS

Continuously improve and automate our linear TV strategy and booking engine

Track performance across placements and diagnose underperformance with the data available, even when it's incomplete

2. Build the DTV Channel

Create and refine Emma's DTV strategy, largely from the ground up

Execute against that strategy and grow the channel over time

Bring a builder's mindset. There's no existing playbook to inherit here

3. Team & Stakeholder Leadership

Lead and develop a team of three to four, based in Lisbon

Establish yourself quickly as the lead for offline media, both within the team and across the wider organization

Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external TV agency partners

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

Drive cross-team topics such as content creation and campaign management, partnering closely with Brand & Communications

Work with E-commerce to keep offline media aligned with the broader marketing strategy

Represent offline media in wider marketing planning and reporting

Requirements

7-8+ years of experience across marketing, e-commerce, offline media, agency relationships, and analytics

Master's degree

Strong analytics skills (Tableau, Excel or equivalent); SQL or Python is a plus

Proven team leadership experience, ideally in complex, international organizations

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders

English proficiency at C1 level or above

Comfortable owning a significant investment budget and being accountable for its return

Strategic yet operationally solid: equally comfortable setting direction and getting into the detail

Adaptive and genuinely open to learning, particularly given DTV's fast-changing landscape

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions under pressure
