Position Overview

Are you a fluent Polish speaker eager to build a dynamic career in sunny Lisbon We are seeking a friendly motivated Polish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our energetic team on-site in this role you will act as the primary brand ambassador for Polish-speaking clients handling questions and addressing service issues via phone email and live chat to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from Polish-speaking clients in a prompt professional and empathetic manner.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues across phone chat and email support channels.
• Log every customer interaction and relevant detail accurately within the internal database and CRM tools.
• Partner with colleagues and team leaders to refine customer support workflows and maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Maintain high standards of communication ensuring all interactions align with brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Polish alongside a solid B2 level in English (required for company communications and software interfaces).
• Work Experience: Previous background in customer support sales or client management is helpful but not required. Complete onboarding will be supplied.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic digital literacy and ease with learning internal tools customer platforms and ticketing systems.
• Work Setup: Full availability to work 100% on-site at our modern corporate office in Lisbon.
• Availability: Ability to work rotational shifts covering 5 days per week 8 hours per day scheduled within an overall window from 07:00 to 21:00.

Compensation & Employment Packages

We offer two distinct compensation structures tailored to your current living situation:

Option 1: Complete Relocation Support (For candidates relocating to Lisbon)

• Base Remuneration: 1050.00 gross per month (12 monthly payments per year).
• Provided Accommodation: Private bedroom in a shared corporate apartment with all basic utility bills (gas water electricity internet) included.
• Travel Assistance: Reimbursement of your initial flight ticket to Lisbon following successful completion of your trial period.

Option 2: Local Contract (For candidates already residing in Lisbon)

• Base Remuneration: 1237.83 gross per month (12 monthly payments per year).
