Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our teams in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as a key link between business and technology teams, supporting requirements gathering, solution validation, testing activities, and user support to ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives.
What you will do:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements in collaboration with different stakeholders;
Facilitate communication and help resolve functional and operational topics across business areas;
Prepare test plans and test scenarios, executing functional validation activities;
Support users during implementation and post-deployment phases;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and business solutions.
What you are like:
Academic background in Engineering, Information Technologies, Business Information Systems, or a related field;
Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and requirements management practices;
Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis;
Comfortable conducting functional testing and validating business solutions;
Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge of the insurance sector is considered a plus;
Work on challenging projects for big clients;
