Responsibilities
- Support customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
- Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customer
Requirements
- Locals in Porto preferred but relocation at own cost is possible!
- C2 Dutch and B2 English is mandatory
- Previous Customer Support experience needed (
- University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
- Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
- Windows®/Mac user knowledge desirable
- Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

- 28.000 € base salary + 2400 € in meal allowances + up to 5000 € in bonus
