GSS Pricing Operations Manager (d/m/f)

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.

Coordinate and manage the VPA process, supporting Sales teams and ensuring alignment of pricing agreements with business objectives and approval requirements. Act as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders on pricing-related matters. Ensure compliance with pricing governance standards, including documentation, transparency, and approval processes. Oversee accurate and timely implementation of approved pricing agreements in relevant systems and support issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement of pricing and quoting processes, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and best practices. Support data-driven pricing decisions through analytics, reporting, and contribution to pricing and commercial excellence initiatives.

Bachelor's degree Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Commercial Marketing, Pricing, Sales Operations, or a related commercial function. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments. Experience with pricing systems, ERP platforms, and commercial processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on time sensitive projects, meet critical deadlines and deliver commitments in a calm and organized manner. Affinity for numbers and systems. Strong communication skills in English, German language is a plus. Team player with a hands-on mentality.
