We are looking for a Service Manager to drive and evolve the IT Asset Management (ITAM) service with a strong focus on Operational Technology Asset Management (OTAM).
ITAM provides a centralized and transparent view of IT, OT, and Cloud assets across Siemens, enabling better security, compliance, and operational excellence.
With OT environments becoming increasingly critical, OTAM extends ITAM principles into industrial and factory environments, ensuring clear identification, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity of OT assets.
You will play a key role in bridging IT and OT domains, leading service operations and driving continuous improvement in a growing, high-impact area.
What You Will Do
Own and ensure end-to-end service operations of ITAM with focus on OT Asset Management
Drive service quality, stability, and continuous improvement across ITAM/OTAM processes
Ensure high-quality asset data by integrating and governing multiple data sources
Act as primary contact for stakeholders across IT, OT, cybersecurity, and business units
Lead service lifecycle activities: onboarding, operations, change, and optimization
Support and enhance incident, vulnerability, and asset lifecycle management workflows enabled by ITAM
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable OTAM capabilities across factories
Contribute to service strategy, roadmap, and adoption of OTAM across Siemens
Act as deputy or proxy to the Service Owner, supporting governance and decision-making
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in:
IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, or Service Management
ServiceNow (especially CMDB / ITAM modules)
Strong understanding of:
IT infrastructure (servers, cloud, networks)
OT environments (industrial systems, shopfloor, devices) – strong plus
Experience in service operations, process ownership, or SIAM environments
Ability to work across global teams and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills (English required)
Proactive, structured, and continuous improvement mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with OT Asset Management or industrial environments
Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management in OT
Familiarity with data integration, APIs, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience in global service rollout / transformation initiatives
