We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader to join our growing team in Lisbon. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and compliance risks while driving a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compliance Control & Risk Management Specialists. Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance vulnerabilities across business operations. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance control frameworks and risk mitigation strategies. Review operational processes and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls. Analyze compliance incidents, investigate root causes, and oversee corrective action plans. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management regarding compliance performance and risk exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compliance initiatives. Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings. Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry best practices. Drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure team performance meets established KPIs and SLAs. Requirements

Fluent French (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills (B2/C1). Previous experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Audit, Financial Crime Prevention, or a related field. Prior leadership or team management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical business controls. Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline is preferred. What We Offer
