Prepare, maintain and continuously improve recurrent performance reports for Global Procurement & ESO and key stakeholders Develop, automate, maintain and continuously improve Procurement performance dashboards and reports using Power BI Perform ad-hoc analyses on spend, sourcing performance, savings,, maverick spend, and other key procurement metrics to support business decision-making Monitor, validate, and improve procurement data quality to ensure accurate reporting and reliable business insights, using specific IT tools (e.G. SpendScape) Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Controlling, IT, and external partners to align reporting requirements and support analytical process improvements What you'll bring to the table:

Degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Power Query, Alteryx, or Think-cell are a plus Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools Experience withSAP MM and BW, and in a Procurement area are a plus High degree of self-initiative, autonomy and analytical capabilities Curiosityand willingness to learn new tools, technologies and processes Fluent inEnglish.Spanish and German are a plus Good communication skills; experience interacting with diverse teams (virtual, cross functional and cross cultural) Ability to managemultiple priorities in a dynamic environment KnowledgeaboutProcurement processes is a plus
