The Opportunity Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team and lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of multi-channel paid media campaigns for a leading international brand. This role calls for a strategic, performance-driven professional with hands-on experience across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels, combining analytical thinking, strong business acumen and a genuine interest in delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will work closely with internal specialists, client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop integrated media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Search, Social and Display platforms
Manage, optimise and monitor campaign performance to maximise ROI and achieve business goals
Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
Conduct audience analysis, segmentation and targeting strategies
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and pacing
Collaborate with Analytics, SEO, Content, Creative and Data teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Identify testing opportunities and implement optimisation roadmaps
Present campaign performance, insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Performance or Performance Marketing
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (preferred) and DV360 or other programmatic platforms (preferred)
Strong understanding of attribution models and performance measurement
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Professional proficiency in English (preferred)
