Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive customer care through clear, effective communication. Handle specialized recall inquiries and guide customers through resolution procedures. Accurately track and manage customer cases from initial intake to completion. Requirements Native or fluent proficiency in both Dutch and English (written & spoken). Currently local to Lisbon, Portugal (no relocation package provided). Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset. Compensation & Package Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross/month Language Bonus: €150.00/month Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00/month Work Schedule: Predictable 08:00–17:00 fixed schedule for a consistent work-life balance.
