Day to day that means provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels, respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible, manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers, escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk, record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, and contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights.

What you need

• An interest in animals or previous experience related to pet care is considered an advantage
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer cases
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
