What You'll Do Connect & Assist: Act as the first point of contact for Italian customers across phone, email, and chat channels. Resolve Inquiries: Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective solutions to user requests in a timely manner. Document & Collaborate: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and work closely with internal teams to ensure top satisfaction. Maintain Excellence: Consistently deliver service that reflects high standards of quality and care. What You Bring Languages: Native or high fluency in Italian , alongside solid working English (B2+) . Location: Readiness to work fully on-site in Lisbon, Portugal . Flexibility: Availability for weekday rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 20:00 PM). Skills: Excellent active listening, strong problem-solving abilities, and high customer empathy.
