The job itself
CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free.
Day to day that means handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance, manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution, provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services, accurately update customer and case information in internal systems, ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience, and meet established service and quality standards.
What you need to bring
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage
- Good computer literacy
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English B2/C1 or above
- Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish
