The Opportunity We are currently looking for a

Civil Project Manager

to join our team and play a key role in managing and coordinating complex, multidisciplinary engineering design projects within our Industry Business Unit. Location:

Job Responsibilities - What you will build: In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact. You will: Plan, coordinate, and manage the various engineering design disciplines involved in Industry projects Efficiently allocate resources by aligning team capabilities with project needs Ensure effective coordination and integration between the different engineering disciplines Ensure the technical quality and consistency of final project deliverables Maintain close relationships with clients and their representatives throughout the design process Identify and support new business development opportunities

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring: Pre-Bologna Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory) Fluency in additional languages (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design project management or multidisciplinary engineering coordination Proven track record in project management, including multidisciplinary design team coordination, scheduling, and cost control (mandatory) Strong understanding of the different stages of the engineering design lifecycle Experience in industrial projects will be highly valued Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills
