The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a role based in Lisbon. In this position, you will support a digital payments and point-of-sale solution used by small and medium-sized businesses. You will assist customers with onboarding, transactions, and technical support, helping them manage their sales and grow their business effectively.

Day to day that means provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience, assist with account setup and onboarding for new users, support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories, handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports, provide clear and accurate product information to customers, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

What you need to bring

• Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
• Danish (C1/C2) with good English skills
