What the move covers

• Airfare up to 400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of 280 utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. What youll earn in Portugal

1450EUR x 14 yearly

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly 12 which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

The role

Day to day that means attract candidates by using databases social media and job fairs among others conduct interviews to assess the applicants relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitudes establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter and create update and maintain analytical reports and databases.

What you need

• Good understanding of referral programs A positive and can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Systems and resume databases
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile assessments interviews and ongoing follow-up) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking
• Strong organization communication and presentation skills
• Proven work experience in the field
• Resources or similar
