About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer (C# / Azure) to join an international IT environment supporting integrations between SAP ECC 6.0 and other enterprise applications across several European countries. The role combines integration development, application maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and the delivery of small integration projects.

The selected professional will work within distributed technical and functional teams, ensuring the stability and reliability of existing integrations. Previous hands-on experience integrating SAP ECC 6.0 with external systems is mandatory. We are looking for a professional capable of understanding existing integration solutions, resolving technical issues independently, and contributing with minimal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise integrations using C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure.
• Support existing integrations between SAP ECC 6.0 and external business applications.
• Analyse and resolve integration incidents in production environments.
• Provide technical support for daily RUN operations.
• Maintain REST/SOAP APIs and existing integration services.
• Work with Azure integration technologies according to the existing project architecture.
• Troubleshoot data exchange, transformation, communication, and integration errors.
• Implement change requests and small integration enhancements.
• Support monitoring and maintenance of integration processes.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, and other IT teams.
• Perform technical testing, debugging, and deployment support.
• Maintain integration documentation and operational procedures.
• Work independently within distributed international teams.

Profile Required

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development and systems integration.
• Strong hands-on development experience with C# and .NET.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly integration-related services.
• Mandatory previous experience integrating SAP ECC 6.0 with external systems.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration concepts and APIs.
• Experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with SAP integration mechanisms such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, or relevant middleware.
• Experience supporting production integrations, troubleshooting incidents, and performing RUN activities.
• Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience implementing small integration projects and enhancements.
• Good understanding of monitoring, error handling, and integration reliability.
• Previous experience in international or multi-country environments is valued.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal onboarding.
• English B2+ mandatory.

Important: Previous hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 integrations is an eliminatory requirement. Candidates with C# and Azure experience but without practical experience integrating SAP ECC will not be considered.

Ideal Profile

A hands-on integration developer who combines strong C#/.NET and Azure skills with practical SAP ECC integration experience. You should be comfortable maintaining existing solutions, investigating production incidents and delivering reliable improvements while collaborating with technical and functional teams.

SAP ECC 6.0 integration experience is a mandatory screening requirement. Candidates with C# and Azure experience but no practical SAP ECC integration experience will not be considered.
