Customer Support Representative (German) – Lisbon

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Support Representative (German) to join their team in Lisbon.

The role focuses on assisting German-speaking users via inbound and outbound calls and resolving e-commerce platform-related issues within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Critical Requirements

• Native/Fluent German and good English (B2+)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

• We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
