Requirements: • Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+) • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls • Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues • Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts • Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly The Offer: • Complexity bonus of €100 • Health insurance • Meal allowance 7.63€ /day • We are offering a 1000€ Welcome Bonus only till end of October.
