About the role
CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position on the Day Shift, with working hours scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
What you'll do
- Support customers across multiple communication channels
- Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
- Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
- Guide customers on using products and features effectively
- Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support
What we're looking for
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong interest in AI and new technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment
- Availability to work Day
- Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00
