As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers with their insurance policies, helping them manage requests and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

What will you do?

• Handle phone calls and chats from customers enquiring about their insurance policies

• Process policy-related requests and prepare responses, information and contract documentation

• Manage document indexing and electronic archiving

• Update policy details, including payment information

• Process claims and policy cancellation requests

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and a high standard of customer service

What are we looking for?

• C2 level Polish and B2 level English

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A professional, diplomatic approach when dealing with customers

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and strong teamwork skills
