About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Mendix Developer to join an international team maintaining and evolving a production planning application. You will take ownership of development activities, contribute to backlog delivery, and collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a Mendix-based production planning application.
- Deliver backlog items in collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy application features following development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues, ensuring solution quality and performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives within an international team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Mendix application development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Professional English proficiency, minimum B2, spoken and written.
- Nice to have: Java, React, SQL, and relational database experience.
- Additional advantages: French language skills and experience in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environments.

An experienced Mendix developer who can independently manage development tasks while collaborating closely with a global team. Comfortable balancing application maintenance with new feature delivery, clarifying business needs, and resolving technical issues in a production planning context.
