Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and support in Danish and English.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.
Requirements
- Must already be residing in Portugal.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in Danish.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
