ServiceNow Developer – International Project (Fluent French Required)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join an international project within a complex and fast-paced environment, working closely with global teams and stakeholders.

Project Context

You will be part of a large-scale international project focused on the evolution, customization and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, supporting critical IT and business processes.

Daily communication is conducted in French, which makes fluency mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement workflows, business rules, client and server scripts, and integrations
• Analyze technical and functional requirements in collaboration with functional and technical teams
• Ensure solution quality, performance, security and compliance with best practices
• Provide support for platform maintenance, enhancements and bug fixing
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments within distributed international teams
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project teams in French

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of:
• JavaScript
• ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
• ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices

Language Requirements

• Fluent French – mandatory (daily communication)
• Fluent English
