Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support via calls, emails, and chat
- Handle sales enquiries, general information requests, and customer complaints
- Manage sensitive cases, including escalations from regulatory bodies
- Oversee booking management : create, modify, and cancel reservations
- Support back-office operations : ticket issuance, modifications, cancellations
- Deliver real-time, accurate travel information to customers
- Create positive, memorable experiences by exceeding customer expectations
- Actively listen and adapt solutions to each customer's needs
Requirements
C1 level Spanish (mandatory)B2 level English (mandatory)Minimum 6 months' experience in a customer service role (essential)Previous experience in tourism / travel is a plusStrong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork spiritExperience with GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantageFlexibility to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 08 : 00–21 : 00, with 2 rotating days off)Salary & Benefits
Base salary :€1,050 x 12 months
Performance bonus :€100 x 12 months
