About the Position

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly, professional, and effective support. Your role will be key to ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and satisfied—every single time.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy

Resolve issues promptly, ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer

Guide clients through products, services, and troubleshooting steps

Manage account updates, orders, and service modifications

Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases efficiently

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

1+ years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
