Job Title :   Salesforce Solutions Architect

Location : Porto, Portugal

Work Regime : Full-time & Hybrid (3x office per week)

Overview / Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Salesforce technologies and integration tools, guiding both technical and business teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks :

• Design and oversee the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products;
• Lead technical architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices;
• Develop and review Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and integrations with external systems;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators;
• Document architectural decisions, technical standards, and solutions in Confluence;
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and delivery tracking using Jira;
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements : 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture or senior development roles; Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools; Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for agile project management and documentation; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred); Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
