What You'll DoArchitect and lead the development of an automated testing framework for embedded software and web-based user interfaces. Design and driveHardware-in-the-Loop (HIL)testing systems across diverse hardware and software platforms. Collaborate with R&D, systems, and software teams to integrate testing across the entire product lifecycle. Establish QA processes and automation strategies to support ongoing product innovation and quality. Mentor and grow a skilled QA team focused on testing precision-driven, real-world systems. Champion quality across all layers, from embedded firmware to cloud-connected front ends. What You Bring10+ years of experience infunctional testing, embedded systems, and automated test development. Proven expertise in web-based testing and embedded server testing. Solid background inHIL systemsand automation frameworks tailored to hardware/software integration. Experience in industries where hardware and software converge (e.G.,automotive, robotics, GNSS, surveying ). Strong leadership in building test teams and QA strategies from the ground up. Hands-on approach and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced R&D setting. Bonus ForGNSS, RTK, or GPS performance testing experience. Background in machine control or real-time systems.
