We are looking for a  Technical Architect   / Team Lead  with  development  and  leadership   skills,  for an opportunity to be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

Requirements

• 5 + years  of experience as Technical Architect or a similar role
• Proven experience as Tech Lead
• Strong  development skills  with ability to  lead  technically and support team delivery
• Experience in OO Programming such as Java.
• Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle.
• Should have at least one higher education degree
• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
