In your role as an IT Business Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client portfolio within the IT sector across Portugal. Thanks to your expertise and knowledge of the local market, IT recruitment holds no secrets for you. First Who You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business or Engineering and have acquired 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm and/or in the IT sector. You have a strong understanding of the IT market and wish to deepen your expertise while contributing to our continued success. Looking for a role with real responsibility? You will be in charge of developing and maintaining a Business Unit dedicated to a portfolio of key accounts. Are you passionate about management? From day one, you may be leading a team of approximately thirty consultants (depending on managerial capacity and opportunities). You are fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a plus. Then What So, what will your day-to-day look like? ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development You will be responsible for expanding our existing Business Units and further developing commercial activities in the Portuguese market. This includes prospecting, client meetings, and building your own client portfolio. Please note that the commercial aspect of the role will be conducted in English and Portuguese. Recruitment Working closely with the HR team, you will conduct interviews with future consultants and ensure that the missions offered by your clients are perfectly aligned with their skills and career aspirations. Management You will start with a team of approximately thirty consultants. There is also potential for you to coach one or two Junior Business Managers as part of your development path.
