Role : Sales Development Representative (EMEA + USA)
Location : Hybrid, commutable to Lisbon 1 day every 2 weeks
Salary : €20,700 base + OTE and strong benefits package

Role :
Generate leads through proactive outbound efforts including cold calling, targeted emails, and social outreach.Research and identify potential customers that match our ideal customer profile.Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand their needs and challenges.Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, providing context and insights that help maximize closing potential.Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring the sales pipeline is clean and organised.Requirements :
1 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B salesExcellent communication skills with the confidence to engage prospects effectivelyStrong understanding of the sales process, with a goal-driven attitude and the resilience to handle rejections.Strong drive, creativity, and competitive spirit with the ability to think outside the boxBased within 1 hour of Lisbon and happy getting into the office once per weekFluent English - any other language a plusMust be hands on, motivated, coachable and a good listener
