Business Development Representative

Location: Remote / Flexible

Type: Full-time

BlackScale Media provides everything needed to scale and sustain high-risk advertising campaigns: the tech, the tools, the infrastructure, and the support. We empower operators, agencies, and affiliates in iGaming, Crypto, Dating, Nutra, and Fintech to run campaigns without shutdowns.

You're the person who turns a cold lead into a warm opportunity by understanding what people need and connecting them to the right solution. You're disciplined, structured, and competitive, someone who enjoys hitting targets and growing fast.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across target verticals.
  • Reach out to leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, needs, and buying intent.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and updated.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs: outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging and campaign feedback
  • Share insights from prospect interactions and market trends.

Background

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
  • Experience or interest in high-risk industries (iGaming, Crypto, Adult, Fintech, or similar).
  • Strong communication, research, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
