Overview

The APM Partnership team is responsible for defining, driving, and executing Mastercard’s strategic approach to Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), with a focus on defending our core business. This Global team plays a pivotal role in shaping Mastercard’s engagement with the APM ecosystem across markets and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a global APM partnership pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing opportunities across regions to protect Mastercard’s core business.
• Build organizational awareness of the APM ecosystem by creating strategy documentation and guiding principles for partnering with major APMs across regions.
• Define solution sets and lead solutioning workstreams to support new product ideas and partnership models.
• Create and deliver sales enablement materials to support go-to-market efforts and drive adoption across internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate decision-making and execution, including market assessments, deal tracking, and performance analysis.
• Align partnership efforts with global, regional, and market-level priorities to ensure strategic consistency and impact.
