About the Role

Our Accounting Specialist is dynamic and rigorous, with experience in accounting and administrative processes.

This professional plays a key role in ensuring the reliability of financial information, maintaining compliance with tax and internal obligations.

With strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills, this person will oversee the entire accounting cycle — from document registration to annual account closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Classify, post, and review accounting documents, ensuring compliance with current accounting principles and standards;
• Issue invoices and related documents accurately and on time, ensuring commercial transactions are correctly recorded;
• Process payments to suppliers and monitor cash flow, ensuring efficient management of financial movements;
• Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring accounting records match bank statements;
• Manage fixed assets, including registration, control, and updating of the company’s assets;
• Prepare monthly and annual accounting statements, collaborating on financial statement preparation;
• Prepare and validate tax documents, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations.
