We are seeking a senior-level Digital Strategist to:

1. Lead client relationships and provide strategic guidance to grow their business online
2. Create web & marketing strategies for clients
3. Lead branding, design, development & marketing teams on building custom sites and effective marketing campaigns
4. MOST IMPORTANT: Know how to show value, upsell and grow relationships

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

1. Create website & marketing strategies, and present them to the client
2. Create optimized header messaging for websites and guide designers on UX conversion funnels
3. Lead website projects from concept to launch
4. Ability to show value to clients and upsell on marketing to drive growth
5. Give feedback to improve design and UX, and marketing performance on each client account
6. Update clients daily on progress and provide professional consultation to achieve the best results
7. Ensure projects are set up properly in the project management tool, and accounts are all up to date
8. Work with marketing and development directors on ensuring the best quality results and overcoming any challenges
9. Report to the CEO on team performance and metric reports

Requirements:

1. Proven experience leading website projects from concept to launch
2. Over 5 years of experience managing clients as well as internal design and development teams on web projects
3. Over 3 years of experience in managing custom websites and marketing projects
4. Ability to create and present website strategies from start to finish
5. Strong copywriting skills and creation of effective headlines
6. Proven expertise in the digital space in coming up with solutions to overcome challenges
7. Effectively work with the sales team to bring insights and ideas for prospective projects
8. Available to work 8am-5pm EST with breaks
