👀  What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
  • A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it).
  • Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior.
  • The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions.

    • 🧑‍💻  What you’ll be working on

  • Own the design process end-to-end : discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features.
  • Simplify complexity into clear, intuitive flows that people love to use.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system , keeping quality and speed in balance.
  • Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further.
