Descrição do cargoFluent in Spanish & solid C1 English (as confirmed by assessment) At least 1 year of customer service experience Genuine dedication to customer satisfaction Strong communicator with empathetic approach Quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented Available for full-time, on-site shifts (24 / 7 rotation including nights / weekends) Flexible with 2 rotating days off Competitive salary with attractive bonuses Meal allowance Modern, multicultural workplace in Lisbon 6-month contract with possible extension Comprehensive training and growth opportunities Supportive team and dynamic work culture
