Join our team as a SAP S / 4HANA Consultant – Retail (f / m / d)

Are you passionate about delivering robust ERP solutions, working in dynamic retail environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams? 🌍

We are looking for an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Consultant to join our team and support the implementation and optimisation of key modules within a large-scale retail operation. You’ll be based in Maia (logistics hub), working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and performance of SAP systems.

📌 Key Responsibilities :

✨ Lead and support SAP S / 4HANA implementations and optimisations in a retail context

✨ Work across core modules : SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Financial Accounting)

✨ Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

✨ Ensure system configuration aligns with business processes and compliance standards

✨ Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

✨ Provide expert input on integration with external systems and platforms

✨ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

✨ Act as a key point of contact for SAP-related topics within the project team

📌 Key Skills :

✅ 4 to 10 years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA consulting

✅ Strong functional knowledge of SD, MM and FI modules

✅ Experience in retail environments and large-scale ERP projects

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Fluency in Portuguese (no English required)

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

✅ SAP S / 4HANA (SD, MM, FI)

✅ Integration with external systems and platforms

✅ Functional documentation and testing tools

📌 Education & Certifications :

🎓 Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field

🎓 SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus
