Your role

For our factory in Rio de Mouro, we are hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This person is responsible for acting as a link between the Manufacturing teams and the Electra Development Team (EDT) to meet Operations – Manufacturing process requirements in Electra, for an 12 to 18 months project . This role involves collaborating with cross-functional Operations and IT teams to help to analyze and enhance existing systems as well as developing new applications to improve efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

• Facilitate process requirement to EDT in order to develop applications following Electra requirements.
• Analyze Operations requirements to facilitate EDT the Electra technical specifications drawing up.
• Facilitate the shopfloor manufacturing system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with functional Operating teams to integrate SAP solutions with other business systems.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing process engineering
• Great ability to solve problems
• High level in Microsoft Office package, mainly in Excel and macros development
• Demonstrable experience in SAP RPA environments is highly valued
• Programmer experience: SQL, Python, or VBA

Languages:

• Native Portuguese
• Proficient in English
