Your new company A prestigious industry is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Funding Specialist (m / f / d) for the northern region of Aveiro Your new function

• Investigate, identify, and assess public incentive programs that align with the company's projects and strategic objectives
• Prepare and submit applications for incentives, ensuring compliance with all program requirements and adherence to deadlines
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts, working with internal teams (such as Innovation, Production, IT, etc.) to gather and share necessary data and documentation, ensuring timely execution of all incentive-related processes
• Compile and submit payment requests for incentives, including the collection and verification of all required documentation
• Develop and maintain internal reports on the compliance and fulfillment of incentive programs, tracking progress and highlighting key milestones
• Communicate with external entities (partners, public agencies, consultants, etc.) to facilitate the smooth development of projects, application processing, reporting, and other requirements
• Assist the corporate finance department with tasks such as the month-end closing process, consolidation, reporting, annual planning cycle, and other related activities
• Assist the Head of Corporate Finance (HoCF) in managing other finance areas / processes (risk management, treasury, M&A, local finance training, etc.)
