Your responsibilities
Assist bank customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about products and services.
Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and reliable support.
Your profile
EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit / residency card (mandatory).
Native French speaker with good English level.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Team player, motivated, and committed to high-quality service.
Willing to work in a multicultural environment abroad.
What’s in it for you?
Contract : Long-term fixed-term, renewable yearly.
Working hours : Full-time, 40h / week, rotating shifts depending on the project.
Salary :
With accommodation (shared flat, bills included) : €1040 gross / month.
Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month.
Training period (1–4 weeks) : 50% of hourly wages.
Relocation package
Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months.
Airport pick-up on arrival.
Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).
