About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front‑line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to implement cross‑functional elements of the risk management framework for our Gibraltar Crypto Entity.

The role includes defining risk thresholds for crypto products, establishing governance structures, maintaining the Risk Appetite Statement, monitoring and reporting daily risk exposures, strengthening risk culture and awareness, and managing the new initiatives approval process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators and risk appetite statements
• Defining real‑time risk checks and thresholds for Crypto Perpetuals via quantitative modelling
• Calibrating entity scale‑up plans to govern risk exposure and safeguard customers
• Monitoring risks against limits and thresholds, and producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholders
• Driving risk awareness including organising risk awareness materials and sessions, developing risk materials for new employees, etc.
• Implementing the risk incident management process, including registration of risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports for senior management and regulators
• Providing guidance on identifying and assessing inherent / net / residual risks and aligned internal controls
• Monitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners / group risk team to resolve them within set timeline
• Working on the New Initiatives Approval Process ensuring appropriate local SME stakeholder engagement and governance
• Developing and maintaining risk tools and systems

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management in financial services
• Experience in risk management for Derivatives products – preferably Crypto Perpetuals
• A degree in Risk Management preferred
• Experience in operational or enterprise risk management or a related role
• Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
• Curiosity with a desire to fully understand how things work
• Great organisational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience in cybersecurity and customer data risk management in financial services
