As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our Employee Operations team supporting our HR colleagues, Business Partners, and other internal customers on employee lifecycle processes.

In your new role you will :

• Be responsible for the administration of HR-related matters (e.g., termination and retirement topics, data maintenance related to personal and organization data, etc.) and act as point of contact for customers via our HR platform MyHR in the EMEA region
• Provide support to our HR Business Partners and their business areas with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle in English, German and Portuguese
• Share and exchange HR related information with all levels of the organization
• Be responsible for ensuring all practices are legally compliant and in line with Infineon's policies and procedures

Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes

Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and to provide a high-quality service of excellence.
