About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Spanish speakers to join our vibrant team onsite in Lisbon. In this role, you'll be the frontline voice representing top international brands, delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. What You'll Do Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate product/service information, resolve questions, and ensure customer satisfaction Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Uphold a positive, solution-oriented approach to every customer interaction Collaborate with team members and share best practices to continually improve the service What We Are Looking For Fluency in Spanish (C2) and a good command of English (B1) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Full training provided!
