You

Feedzai is seeking a Product Designer to drive the UX transformation of our market-leading RiskOps platform. Joining a global team, you will redesign complex B2B workflows to create a unified, engaging user experience. We are looking for a strategic self-starter who excels at simplifying complex problems and bridging discovery with delivery. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to build scalable UI interactions and contribute heavily to our evolving Design System. Moreover, you will use GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and prototyping, while also designing intuitive, human-centred AI-powered features that balance usability, trust, and product value.

Your day–to–day

As part of your contribution to the Product Team on creating useful and engaging experiences for our customers, you will :

Participate in user research and follow-up analyses;

• Gather requirements with the Product Manager;
• Create personas and user journeys;
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Integrate Generative AI into both the design process and the product experiences you create.

As part of your contribution to the Design System Team you will :

Create UI components, design patterns, and templates for the Design System that deliver consistency and reusability across the product platform;
