You will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management, version control, and deployment automation;

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and minimize risk;

Monitor and continuously improve release processes and governance;

Ensure compliancewith Salesforce best practices and security standards.QualificationsProven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or similar role;

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata;

Hands-on experience with release management tools (e.G., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins);

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.G., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist);

Fluency in English and good level of French (written and spoken);

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.Additional InformationJob Location and Residency Requirements:This position is based in Portugal. Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
