Tasks

• Architect and own our CI / CD pipelines, optimizing for maximum speed and reliability.
• Develop and lead the strategy for our scalable, resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible.
• Mentor and empower teammates, setting the standard for technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
• Proactively evolve our infrastructure, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks before they become issues.
• Champion and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to ensure service reliability.
• Master and optimize our hybrid-cloud environment (GCP / Hetzner) for seamless integration and performance.
• Lead our automation efforts, systematically reducing manual work to accelerate the development lifecycle.
