Requirements

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2); Good knowledge of English (C1); Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; Experience in telephone customer service (preferred) Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective.
